The second self-funded Cooperation and Development Plan establishes the University of Seville's position on all matters related to cooperation and development. As an extension of the outline previously set in the first plan, this second plan was designed to manage all cooperation and development activities carried out throughout the 2009-2012 academic years. Grants, scholarships and financial aid will be distributed through three seperate call channels from the academic year 2010/2011:
